Can my existing stand design simply be moved to Amsterdam?
Often largely so, but not automatically. Factors such as ceiling height, floor loading, emergency exits, fire safety requirements, and connection points for power and data can differ per hall. We will test your current design against the RAI guidelines and adjust where necessary to ensure you do not encounter any surprises.

Do I need to take different fire safety or building regulations into account?
Yes, every exhibition venue maintains its own technical guidelines (house rules) regarding materials, escape routes, and structures. We will request these guidelines for you as soon as they are published by the RAI and ISPO and incorporate them directly into the design and construction drawings of your exhibition stand.

What happens to a stand already rented or purchased that was built specifically for the halls in Munich?
Please feel free to discuss this with us. For system stands and modular elements, reuse is usually quite feasible. For custom stands that were precisely tailored to a Munich hall, we will work together to see if modification or partial reuse of materials is possible, which often saves costs compared to an entirely new build.

Do I need to apply for stand space with the organizer again for the Amsterdam edition?
Yes, the move to a new location and organization typically means a new registration and a new participation contract with ISPO/Raccoon Media Group, even if you have been a regular exhibitor in Munich for years. For Dutch and many Western European exhibitors, Amsterdam is actually closer and logistically simpler. For companies that previously transported standardly from Southern Germany or Austria, the route may be slightly longer. Regardless, we manage the transport of your exhibition stand centrally and calculate the most efficient route for your situation.

Will there be any changes to the assembly and dismantling times?
The exact assembly and dismantling schedules for the RAI will be published by the organizer as soon as they are known. Once these times are fixed, we will schedule our construction crew and delivery accordingly and inform you of the planning in a timely manner.

Can I have my materials stored between editions, just like in Munich?
We review what is practical for each client. For regular clients with reusable stand elements, we investigate whether storage closer to Amsterdam is more economical than the current storage location, to keep transport costs and time to a minimum.

Do I need to take different customs or import regulations into account for international shipments?
For shipments from another EU country, essentially nothing changes. For exhibitors or suppliers from outside the EU, we recommend inquiring in time about any changes in logistical handling via Schiphol/RAI compared to Munich.
